







Liupanshui, May 10, 2025 – The first hydrogen integrated energy station in Liupanshui, Guizhou Province, has successfully passed acceptance, marking a crucial step forward in the construction of the "hydrogen corridor" in Liuzhi Special District. The hydrogen refueling station has a daily hydrogen refueling capacity of 2,000 kg, providing efficient energy replenishment for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and injecting new momentum into the transformation of Guizhou's energy structure and the construction of a green transportation system. It is reported that the core equipment, the diaphragm compressor, for this energy station was provided by Yantai Dongde Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a national-level specialized and sophisticated "little giant" enterprise. The company also participated in the engineering construction and the commissioning services of the entire station, fully demonstrating Dongde Hydrogen Energy's capability to provide full-process services from equipment manufacturing to the delivery of the entire station.
Dongde Hydrogen Energy's Diaphragm Compressor Facilitates High-Purity Hydrogen Refueling
The first hydrogen integrated energy station in Liupanshui, Guizhou, is a large-scale fixed hydrogen refueling station with a daily hydrogen refueling capacity of 2,000 kg. It has high requirements for long-term operational stability. The refueling vehicles are mainly fuel cell vehicles, which demand extremely high hydrogen purity. The use of diaphragm compressors ensures zero pollution risk and low maintenance costs. "Currently, the station is equipped with three hydrogen dispensers, which can guarantee refueling for 130 to 150 hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks per day. When all three hydrogen dispensers are simultaneously refueling three hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks, it only takes about 20 minutes to fill them up," said Che Meng, the station manager, in an interview with reporters.
It is reported that the hydrogen refueling station is equipped with two sets of Dongde Hydrogen Energy's diaphragm compressors, which adopt innovative membrane cavity design and intelligent monitoring systems. They can achieve a high-pressure output of 45 MPaG at an inlet pressure of 5-20 MPaG, with a flow rate of 1,500 Nm³/h, meeting the large-flow and high-efficiency hydrogen refueling needs of the station. Through the cloud platform's remote operation and maintenance functions, operating costs are significantly reduced, laying a technological foundation for the subsequent large-scale construction of hydrogen energy infrastructure. "It takes just over ten minutes to refuel, and the driving range is 400 to 600 kilometers. There is no obvious noise or exhaust fumes during the entire driving process," said Zheng Dongren, a driver with over 30 years of experience in driving heavy-duty trucks, in an interview with reporters. He added that the driving experience of hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks is excellent, with good operational performance, less noise, and more time and labor savings.
Dongde Hydrogen Energy: From Equipment Supply to Construction Services, Facilitating the On-Time Delivery of the First Energy Station
This new energy integrated energy station in Liupanshui is a combined LNG and hydrogen refueling station. In the early stages of the project construction, Dongde Hydrogen Energy not only undertook the supply of core equipment but also took on the engineering construction and the commissioning services of the entire station. "After receiving the client's task, Dongde Hydrogen Energy quickly assembled a professional team to conduct on-site surveys, optimize the construction plan, and efficiently coordinate procurement, production, and construction processes. Ultimately, it was delivered on time with high quality, earning high recognition from the client."The person in charge of delivery for the Dongde Hydrogen Energy Project stated that this collaboration fully demonstrated Dongde Hydrogen Energy's capability to provide end-to-end services, from equipment manufacturing to whole-station delivery, offering a model for deepening regional hydrogen energy cooperation.
Empowering the "Coal-Coke-Hydrogen" Industry Chain to Boost Green and Low-Carbon Development
It is reported that the hydrogen for this new energy station comes from a coal-coke-hydrogen comprehensive utilisation demonstration project in Guizhou. In the future, the energy station will leverage the abundant coke oven gas resources and green hydrogen development potential in Liuzhi Special District to further open up the entire industry chain of hydrogen energy, encompassing "production-storage-transportation-refuelling-utilisation", and support the region in building a clean energy system. Dongde Hydrogen Energy expressed that it would take this project as an opportunity to continue participating in the construction of the hydrogen energy corridor in Liuzhi Special District, providing diversified compressor products and engineering services to promote the large-scale application of hydrogen energy in transportation, chemicals, power, and other fields, thereby accelerating the achievement of the regional "dual carbon" goals.
