On May 19, Li Jingguang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Energy Engineering Hydrogen Energy Co., Ltd., held talks with Wang Zhiwu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of the 12th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, in Beijing.
