CIMC ENRIC and Hong Kong and China Gas Continue to Deepen Cooperation, Initiating Extensive Business Synergy Between "Hong Kong + Mainland China"

Recently, a delegation from CIMC ENRIC Shanghai visited Wuhan and Chengdu, engaging in in-depth discussions with the management teams of Towngas China's Central China and Western China regional headquarters, respectively. Both parties simultaneously signed relevant strategic cooperation agreements, with the core focus on the deep integration of "technology + scenarios". This collaboration aims to fully leverage the strengths of both sides in equipment manufacturing, scenario operations, technological R&D, and regional resource integration, injecting new momentum into the development of the gas industry.

In the Central China market, both parties agreed to deepen cooperation in two major areas: the implementation of comprehensive energy service pilot projects and the realization of zero-carbon factory projects, facilitating breakthroughs in low-carbon energy service businesses in Central China. In the Western China market, the two companies reached a consensus on exploring three potential cooperation directions: hydrogen energy and biomass gas development, smart energy management, and comprehensive energy services.

From March to April this year, CIMC ENRIC also signed strategic cooperation agreements with Towngas China's South China and East China companies, respectively. In the future, they will conduct in-depth and close cooperation in hydrogen energy infrastructure, distributed energy systems, and smart energy management platforms.

Towngas China is the mainland business brand of Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited. In December last year, CIMC ENRIC and Hong Kong and China Gas signed a strategic cooperation agreement, reaching a cooperation intention on the further development and utilization of hydrogen energy projects in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Both parties will carry out comprehensive cooperation centered around the purification, storage, and utilization scenarios of hydrogen, and have identified the first project to be implemented: the Hong Kong Science Park Cogeneration and Hydrogen Fuel Cell Charging Piles Project. As the cooperation between CIMC ENRIC and Hong Kong and China Gas on the mainland continues to deepen, both parties have initiated extensive business synergies in the "Hong Kong + Mainland" model.

CIMC ENRIC's leading position in the field of clean energy equipment manufacturing and comprehensive services will assist Hong Kong and China Gas (Towngas China) in exploring new models of low-carbon and smart gas services, jointly promoting the optimization of urban energy structures and the high-quality development of the industry. In the future, both parties will implement multiple benchmark projects nationwide and form a replicable cooperation model, providing demonstration experiences for the innovative transformation of the national gas industry.
