II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The applicant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China. For overseas applicants and those from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, a registration certificate from their place of residence is required.

2. The applicant shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

3. The applicant shall not be listed on the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website.

4. The applicant shall possess the transportation capacity for new energy vehicles (NEVs) or vehicles meeting National VI emission standards or above.

5. This procurement accepts producers.

III. Registration Method

• Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame and log in to the electronic tender and bid system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/). Unregistered suppliers must first complete the registration process. After registration, click "I Want to Register" for the corresponding procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.
