II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The applicant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The applicant must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platform at any level.

3. Bidders must use automobile transportation, and all carrier vehicles must be new energy vehicles (NEVs) or vehicles that meet the China VI vehicle emission standards.

4. This procurement accepts producers.

III. Registration Method

• Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame and log in to the electronic tender and bid system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/).
