






The development of the hydrogen energy industry in Liuzhi Special District has reached a significant milestone. At the Liupanshui Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Application and Meijin Huayu Coal-Coke-Hydrogen Phase II Ignition and Furnace Baking Ceremony, 100 49-mt hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks provided by the Xiaoshizi Hydrogen Energy Intelligent Transportation Platform made their official debut, marking the successful implementation of the first large-scale hydrogen energy logistics demonstration project in south-west China in Liuzhi Special District. This has propelled the local energy transportation system into a "zero-carbon era."
The hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks put into operation this time boast excellent performance and prominent advantages. In terms of hydrogen refueling efficiency, a single refueling takes just over 10 minutes, enabling long-distance driving range and zero-emission, pollution-free green transportation. In terms of technical adaptability, they adopt a dual-redundant power supply mode (fuel cell + power battery), allowing them to independently handle various extreme operating conditions. This not only significantly enhances their heavy-load starting capability but also improves the energy recovery efficiency during long downhill braking. Compared to pure electric heavy-duty trucks, they effectively overcome the limitations of driving range being constrained by multiple factors, fully demonstrating the benchmarking role of the Xiaoshizi Hydrogen Energy Intelligent Transportation Platform in empowering the industry with technology and driving transformation through services.
The batch deployment of these hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks is a crucial link in Liuzhi Special District's layout of the "production-storage-transportation-refueling-utilization" entire industry chain. To ensure the safe and efficient operation of hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks, the Xiaoshizi Hydrogen Energy Intelligent Transportation Platform has specially arranged professionals to conduct hydrogen vehicle driving training. Additionally, a standardized curriculum system has been developed based on the characteristics of hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks, covering important modules such as safety operation specifications and emergency response procedures. Meanwhile, a comprehensive support system has been established.
The cluster deployment of these hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks also represents a key step in Liuzhi Special District's hydrogen energy strategy of "demonstration first, followed by promotion." The 100 hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks deployed this time will take the lead in serving three demonstration routes, covering core scenarios of coal transportation. The Xiaoshizi Hydrogen Energy Intelligent Transportation Platform drives the closed-loop development of the industry through a dual-drive approach of "technology + operation," facilitating the industry's transformation from traditional "black energy" to "green hydrogen energy." This practice not only creates a "green artery" for Liuzhi Special District but also leverages the region as a fulcrum to propel the hydrogen energy industry chain, providing a replicable demonstration model for the transformation of resource-based cities and the implementation of the national new energy strategy.
