






Lei Wu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shanghai Electric Group, held talks with Chun Gao Zang, CEO of Yanfeng International Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yanfeng International"), who visited the company. The two sides reached a consensus on topics such as green energy, intelligent cockpit technology, and global collaboration. Zhaokai Zhu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Shanghai Electric Group, attended the meeting.
Wu Lei stated that the achievements made by Yanfeng International in recent years are evident to all, and its forward-looking layout in areas such as intelligent cockpits and electrification is particularly impressive. In recent years, Shanghai Electric has focused on the "dual carbon" goals, leveraging its foundation in new energy equipment manufacturing to deepen key technology breakthroughs in energy storage system integration, green hydrogen production, and smart energy management. Many of its products and solutions have broad cooperation potential with the intelligent connected vehicle ecosystem built by Yanfeng International. The two sides are expected to deeply integrate in areas such as intelligent manufacturing equipment, green hydrogen energy, automotive components, and overseas business expansion, driving the NEV industry chain towards high-end development while contributing more to the upgrading of China's NEV industry chain.
Zang Chun Gao stated that as a "national team" in China's energy equipment sector, Shanghai Electric's strategic goals are highly aligned with the development vision of Yanfeng International. Currently, China is accelerating the cultivation of new quality productive forces in areas such as NEVs and intelligent connected vehicles. While exploring and advancing the intelligent connected vehicle ecosystem, Yanfeng International welcomes Shanghai Electric to jointly participate as a "stone from another mountain" on Yanfeng International's expansion path. The two sides are expected to explore new spaces for sustainable cooperation under the guidance of national strategies, and to explore new business models of deep integration of "vehicle-energy-road-cloud," contributing wisdom to the green and low-carbon development of China and the world.
