Recently, the Hydrogen Energy Interdepartmental Working Group led by the Environment and Ecology Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has approved in principle eight new hydrogen fuel pilot projects. Among them, the cross-border hydrogen fuel cell truck transportation project jointly submitted by International New Energy Industry Alliance Co., Ltd., Wing Tat Freight Trading Co., Ltd., and other enterprises has been successfully approved.

The project plans to deploy 10 cross-border transportation trucks equipped with Guohong Hydrogen Energy's hydrogen fuel cell system. This system boasts significant advantages such as high efficiency, low hydrogen consumption, high reliability, and zero emissions. Upon implementation, the project will take the lead in establishing a "Shenzhen-Dongguan-Zhuhai-Hong Kong" hydrogen energy cross-border transportation demonstration route, connecting Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhuhai, and Hong Kong. In the future, it can be extended to cities such as Macao and Guangzhou, thereby constructing a backbone network for hydrogen energy logistics in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

As a leading enterprise in hydrogen energy applications in Hong Kong, Guohong Hydrogen Energy has participated in multiple key projects among the 26 approved pilot projects, with application scenarios spanning diverse fields such as power generation equipment, hydrogen energy buses, hydrogen energy forklifts, and hydrogen energy heavy-duty trucks. In the future, the company will continue to deepen cooperation with various sectors in Hong Kong, actively participate in the construction of the hydrogen energy ecosystem, and contribute to Hong Kong's green transformation and sustainable development.
