East German Hydrogen Energy Compressor Delivered to Ordos, Inner Mongolia, Adding Another "Chinese Core" to the Oil-Hydrogen Combined Station

The diaphragm compressor unit independently developed by Yantai Dongde Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongde Hydrogen Energy") has officially set off for Ordos, Inner Mongolia. The delivery of this unit will provide a stable and efficient hydrogen compression solution for the oil-hydrogen combined station along the coal transportation route from Ordos to Shenmu Mine, promoting the transformation of the local traditional coal mining business into the green energy sector and contributing to the realization of energy structure adjustment and sustainable development goals.

It is reported that this integrated energy station, which is an oil-hydrogen combined station, is located in Ejin Horo Banner, the third largest coal-producing county in China. The core equipment of the hydrogen station section adopts the DZ45–750 diaphragm compressor unit series independently developed by Dongde Hydrogen Energy, with an inlet pressure of 5~20MPaG, a discharge pressure of 45MPaG, and a flow rate of 750Nm³/h. To adapt to the complex working conditions and harsh environmental requirements in Inner Mongolia, the R&D team of Dongde Hydrogen Energy has customized the design of the compressor to meet the following requirements:

Stable operation at minus 26°C: Equipped with an inlet pre-cooling pipeline to precisely regulate the discharge temperature, and with box insulation and explosion-proof electric heaters, it can operate stably under extreme low temperatures;

Zero hidden dangers in production safety: Adopting advanced hydrogen concentration tracking technology and a high-precision temperature and pressure monitoring system, it responds to abnormal conditions within milliseconds, with dual safeguards of active early warning and intelligent shutdown, ensuring the safe and normal operation of high-risk operations;

Reducing operation and maintenance costs: The inlet filter differential pressure monitoring automatically prompts the maintenance cycle, and it is equipped with an industrial-grade AI intelligent control center to construct an autonomous decision-making system, enabling unmanned operation throughout the entire process.
