Recently, two group standards, T/GZHE 0001-2024 "Specifications for the Construction and Operation of Integrated Hydrogen Production and Refueling Stations" and T/GZHE 0002-2024 "Guidelines for the Evaluation of Hydrogen Refueling Station Operation and Management", were officially released. These standards were jointly compiled by multiple entities, including the Guangzhou Hydrogen Energy and Integrated Smart Energy Industry Development Federation, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd., Antelope Hydrogen Energy, Air Liquide Houpu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., and the Guangzhou New-Type Energy Storage and Hydrogen Energy Talent Federation. As one of the drafting entities, Antelope Hydrogen Energy, leveraging its technological accumulation and innovative practices across the entire industry chain, provided data support and technical validation for the formulation of these two standards, helping to elevate the technical specifications and safe operation of the hydrogen energy industry to new heights and injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the sector.
The two group standards released this time were led by the Guangzhou Hydrogen Energy and Integrated Smart Energy Industry Development Federation, aiming to respond to the national "dual carbon" strategic goals and accelerate collaborative innovation across the hydrogen energy industry chain. Among them, the "Specifications for the Construction and Operation of Integrated Hydrogen Production and Refueling Stations" clarifies the basic provisions, site selection and layout within the station, process systems and technical requirements, safety facilities, safety management, heating and ventilation, buildings (structures), landscaping, installation, and acceptance of integrated hydrogen production and refueling stations. It is applicable to scenarios such as integrated hydrogen production and refueling stations with a continuous hydrogen production capacity within 3000 kg/d, using hydrocarbons, alcohols, water, and liquid ammonia as raw materials.
The "Guidelines for the Evaluation of Hydrogen Refueling Station Operation and Management" stipulate the principles and conditions for evaluating the operation and management of hydrogen refueling stations, as well as the evaluation indicators and methods. It provides a reference basis for internal evaluations and third-party evaluations of various hydrogen refueling stations that are open for business, including integrated hydrogen production and refueling stations.
As an ESG clean energy technology service provider, Antelope Hydrogen Energy is committed to tackling technological challenges across the entire "production-storage-transportation-refueling-utilization" chain of hydrogen energy. During the process of formulating these standards, Antelope Hydrogen Energy, drawing on its rich practical experience and innovative achievements in areas such as hydrogen refueling stations, provided data support and technical validation for the formulation of the standard clauses, thereby advancing the process of industry standardization.
