Shijiazhuang Enric Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. and Zhaoqing Cheng'an Logistics Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement and a maintenance agreement.

Shijiazhuang Enric Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Enric") and Zhaoqing Cheng'an Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Cheng'an Logistics") held a grand strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Zhaoqing City. Zhang Zhongqiang, Chairman of Shijiazhuang Enric, and Chen Shaodi, Chairman of Zhaoqing Cheng'an Logistics Co., Ltd., signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" and the "Equipment Maintenance and Service Agreement".

The two parties will engage in in-depth cooperation centered around the supply, technical support, and full life cycle services of hydrogen production equipment, hydrogen compressors, and storage and transportation equipment for hydrogen energy, jointly promoting the high-quality development of hydrogen energy production, storage, and transportation. Li Minke, General Manager of Cheng'an Logistics, and Fu Xing, Deputy Director of Enric's Gaseous Hydrogen Sales Department, among other leaders, attended the ceremony.

According to the agreement, Enric will leverage its technological expertise in the field of gas storage and transportation equipment to provide Cheng'an Logistics with high-pressure gas transportation equipment, supporting technologies, and after-sales support, comprehensively meeting its transportation needs in the high-pressure hydrogen sector. Meanwhile, the two parties will establish a long-term maintenance and service mechanism, with Enric's professional team providing regular maintenance, emergency fault response, and periodic major inspection services for Cheng'an Logistics' storage and transportation equipment, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the equipment, and assisting Cheng'an Logistics in enhancing operational safety and transportation efficiency.

At the signing ceremony, Zhang Zhongqiang, Chairman of Shijiazhuang Enric, stated, "This cooperation not only complements the resource advantages of both parties but also innovates another sales model for Shijiazhuang Enric - 'product + long-term maintenance', providing customers with more comprehensive safety guarantees."
