On April 28, the first information disclosure of the environmental impact assessment for the Integrated Hydrogen Production and Refueling Station Project No. 1 of Hebei Yanshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. was conducted.
The construction site of the Integrated Hydrogen Production and Refueling Station Project No. 1 of Hebei Yanshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. is located in the southeast corner of the company's plant area, with Hebei Yanshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. as the construction entity.
It is proposed to expand on the basis of the Hydrogen Refueling Station Project No. 1 of Hebei Yanshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. to build an integrated hydrogen production and refueling station. The Hydrogen Refueling Station Project No. 1 covers an area of 11,414 m², with a total construction area of 447 m², and a hydrogen refueling capacity of 3,000 kg/d (calculated for 12 hours). This project will add an area of 8,184.3 m², mainly for the construction of 4×1,000 m³/h alkaline electrolyzer hydrogen production equipment, a supporting 20 MPa pressurization system, a 20 MPa high-pressure hydrogen storage system, and a hydrogen transmission pipeline to Hydrogen Refueling Station No. 1. The total construction area is 2,530.86 m², including a hydrogen production workshop and a control station building. Upon completion, the project will achieve integrated hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and refueling within the station.
