II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The applicant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The applicant must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platform at any level.

3. The applicant shall accept the payment terms of the bid inviter (payment after account posting, spot exchange).

4. The applicant shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

5. This procurement accepts producers.

III. Registration Method
