Recently, a tender announcement was issued for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract of the hydrogen production project within the Anding Biogas Comprehensive Utilisation for Hydrogen Production and Refuelling Project.
According to the tender announcement, the EPC contract for the hydrogen production project within the Anding Biogas Comprehensive Utilisation for Hydrogen Production and Refuelling Project is located at the domestic waste landfill site of the Anding Circular Economy Park in Daxing District, Beijing. This project will utilize the biogas generated from the domestic waste landfill site of the Anding Circular Economy Park to construct an integrated hydrogen production and refuelling station with a green hydrogen production capacity of 2000 Nm³/h and a hydrogen refuelling capacity of 3000 kg/d, while also capturing 14,430 mt of green carbon dioxide per year.
The scope of the tender includes the licensing of technologies for project use, all design and construction work, the supply of all equipment and materials, installation, commissioning, inspection, and the handling of relevant procedures. The project scope encompasses the pre-purification of biogas from the production unit, the combined reforming of biogas for hydrogen production, hydrogen compression and filling, hydrogen refuelling stations, and the purification, liquefaction, and filling of carbon dioxide (where the combined reforming of biogas for hydrogen production and the hydrogen compression and filling processes are also collectively referred to as the hydrogen production station). Ancillary works include all necessary power distribution rooms, cabinet rooms, control rooms, demineralized water facilities, nitrogen production rooms, fire protection facilities, emergency water tanks, water supply and drainage systems, roads, and all other works required for the completion of the project, as well as all sub-projects involved.
The planned project duration is from May 31, 2025, to December 31, 2025, totaling 214 calendar days.
Consortium bidding is permitted for this project, with no more than two members in the consortium.
