On April 28, Zhizhen Energy issued a tender announcement for the whole-process engineering consultation of the 1,000 MW Integrated PV Hydrogen Production and Ammonia Synthesis Project (Large-scale Hydrogen Production and Ammonia Production Section) in Yining County, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture.
According to the tender announcement, the project will install 64 sets of 1000 Nm³/h electrolytic hydrogen production units, with a hydrogen production capacity of 64,000 Nm³/h; 20 sets of 2000 Nm³ hydrogen storage units, 1 set of 20,000 Nm³/h air separation ammonia production unit, 1 set of 170,000 t/a ammonia synthesis unit, and 2 sets of 50,000 Nm³/h hydrogen compression units. The total floor area of newly constructed buildings and structures is 122,381.3 m², including: 4 hydrogen production plants, 1 ammonia synthesis production workshop, auxiliary production facilities such as a 220 kV substation, refrigeration station, desalination station, circulating water station, and central control room, as well as living and office facilities such as an office building and supporting ancillary facilities.
The total investment for the project in this tender is 2.8661 billion yuan. The estimated contract amount for the tendered project is approximately 51.8786 million yuan.
