






On April 23, the list of successful candidates for the EPC general contracting project of the 100MW PV power generation project in Tongzi Mountain, Chizhou New Energy Company, Anhui Company, was announced, with two companies shortlisted:
The first successful candidate is PowerChina Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited, with a bid price of 328,780,747.84 yuan, equivalent to a unit price of 2.63 yuan/W; the second successful candidate is China Energy Engineering Group Construction Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 329,636,714.38 yuan, equivalent to a unit price of 2.64 yuan/W.
According to the tender announcement, the EPC general contracting project of the 100MW PV power generation project in Tongzi Mountain, Chizhou New Energy Company, Anhui Company, is tendered by Guoneng Shenwan Chizhou New Energy Co., Ltd., with the project unit being Guoneng Shenwan Chizhou New Energy Co., Ltd., and the funding source being self-raised.
The project is located in Meilong Subdistrict, Guichi District, Chizhou City, Anhui Province, and plans to utilize the water surface of local fishery ponds to construct a PV power station. The project covers an area of approximately 1,800 mu, with a planned capacity of no less than 125.00852MWp. The project adopts the "full grid connection" mode, plans to build a new 110kV booster station, and will be connected to the new 110kV booster station via five 35kV collection lines in overhead form.
This project is an EPC general contracting project, and the tender scope includes:
PV area and 110kV booster station: engineering survey and design, equipment and material procurement and supply, construction according to design drawings, site coordination (all relevant coordination within the PV plant area, booster station land coordination, etc.), project procedure handling, etc. Specific work content includes but is not limited to: grid-connected PV power generation, site leveling and slope treatment, water supply and drainage engineering, flood control and drainage engineering within the red line, maintenance and transportation roads, temporary construction facilities, environmental protection and soil and water conservation facilities, monitoring and detection, safety ancillary facilities, etc., as well as engineering survey and design and related reviews, equipment and material procurement, manufacturing, supply, transportation and storage, externally purchased earthwork and transportation, civil engineering, installation, testing and inspection, grid connection testing, system debugging, grid-related coordination debugging, trial operation, defect elimination, training, completion acceptance and final delivery and commissioning, warranty and after-sales service, etc., and also includes all necessary materials, spare parts, special tools, consumables, and related technical data, etc.; project acceptance (including soil and water conservation, safety facilities, environmental protection, fire protection, occupational health, archives, etc., and completion acceptance), production debugging, project completion acceptance, high-standard commissioning, handover, and service during the warranty period, etc.
Transmission line project (excluding engineering survey and design): including temporary construction facilities for construction electricity and water, equipment and material procurement, manufacturing, supply, transportation and storage, civil engineering, environmental protection and soil and water conservation facilities, monitoring and detection, forest land use coordination, planning and design scheme review, planning permit handling, construction permit handling, construction and installation, testing and inspection, project quality supervision and inspection, system debugging, grid-related debugging, trial operation, performance testing, grid connection procedure handling, dispatching and power transmission, defect elimination, training, completion acceptance and final delivery and commissioning, warranty service, etc., and also includes all necessary materials, spare parts, special tools, consumables, and related technical data, etc.; construction period project insurance (subject to the bid inviter's approval), project acceptance (including soil and water conservation, safety facilities, environmental protection, fire protection, occupational health, archives, etc., and completion acceptance), handover, and service during the warranty period.
Planned construction period: The total planned construction period for this project is 9 months, with the PV area construction period being 7 months, the booster station project construction period being 5 months, and the transmission project construction period being 6 months. It is required that special acceptance for fire protection, safety, and occupational health be completed within 3 months after completion, and special acceptance for environmental protection and archives be completed within 6 months after completion. The special equipment permit is expected to be obtained before grid connection; grid-related testing is expected to pass acceptance by relevant departments; the fire protection system is expected to pass professional testing by qualified units before grid connection and be approved by relevant departments.
