Published: Apr 24, 2025 08:57
【BTR Leads the Global Silicon-Based Anode Market】He Xueqin, Chairman of BTR, stated that as a leader in silicon-based anode materials, BTR was the first domestic company to achieve mass production of silicon carbon anodes. With its advanced technology and strong industrialisation capabilities, BTR has become a top performer in the industry. Currently, the company's effective capacity has reached 5,000 mt/year, not only securing the top position in the industry in terms of capacity but also achieving breakthroughs in shipments. Their silicon-based anode products have evolved to the sixth generation with ultra-high capacity, covering three major technical routes: silicon carbon, silicon oxide, and new-type vapor-phase silicon, demonstrating strong technical capabilities. BTR's silicon-based anode materials hold a market share of around 70%, with shipments consistently leading the market.

[SMM Analysis: NaPF6: The "Key Ingredient" in Sodium-Ion Battery Electrolyte - What Exactly Is It?] SMM, September 17: In the new energy circle, "LiPF6" is almost universally known - it is the "soul raw material" of lithium battery electrolyte, indispensable. However, over the past two years, as the industrialisation of sodium-ion batteries has accelerated, its "sodium salt sibling" - NaPF6 - has begun to appear frequently in industry chain discussions. As a fellow member of the "hexafluorophosphate" family, NaPF6 is younger and more niche than LiPF6, yet it is expected to replicate or even surpass LiPF6's industrial standing...
