Ruihu Automotive Mould Plans to Raise 880 Million Yuan for NEV Components and Intelligent Manufacturing Expansion

Recently, Ruihu Automotive Mould Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ruihu Mould") announced that the company plans to raise approximately 880 million yuan. After deducting issuance expenses, the funds will be used to construct an intelligent manufacturing project for NEV integrated die-cast auto bodies, a lightweight auto body assembly project for NEVs, and an R&D and industrialisation project for intelligent robots and intelligent manufacturing system solutions. Ruihu Mould stated that it aims to further expand the capacity of lightweight components for NEVs, enhance self-manufacturing capabilities, and promote the industrialisation of its intelligent robots and overall manufacturing solutions business, thereby strengthening the company's comprehensive competitiveness in the intelligent manufacturing sector. With the rapid development of NEVs, the company has accelerated its layout in the lightweight components field, successfully entering the supply chain systems of leading independent brand automakers and new car-making forces.
