[SMM Weekly Maintenance Statistics] According to SMM, the impact from maintenance on pig iron production by blast furnaces this week (March 22-28) was 1.3263 million mt, down 124,000 mt WoW. The impact from maintenance for next week (March 29-April 4) will be 1.2318 million mt, a decrease of 94,500 mt WoW.
For construction materials, the impact from maintenance this week was 1.1858 million mt, down 43,200 mt WoW. The impact from maintenance for next week will be 1.0004 million mt, a decrease of 185,400 mt WoW.
In terms of hot-rolled products, the impact from maintenance this week was 286,900 mt, up 33,600 mt WoW. The impact from maintenance for next week will be 224,000 mt, a decrease of 62,900 mt WoW.
