4. Procurement Document Acquisition

4.1 Those interested in bidding should log into the Ansteel Smart Tendering Platform http://bid.ansteel.cn between 10:00 on March 21, 2025, and 13:00 on March 31, 2025 (Beijing Time, the same hereinafter) to download the electronic procurement documents.

4.2 To download the electronic procurement documents, users should log into the system's main page, browse the project under "Announcement Information," click "I Want to Bid," complete the relevant information, pay the fees, and then download the documents.

4.3 Payment methods: personal/corporate online banking, Alipay, WeChat.
