Main Construction Content:
1. Construction of new hydrogen production facilities via water electrolysis, biomass gasification units, methanol synthesis units, methanol distillation units, as well as utilities and auxiliary facilities.
2. Construction of a 220kV step-down substation for the hydrogen production plant.
3. Installation of 49 alkaline water electrolyzers with a capacity of 1,000 Nm³/h each and 2 units with a capacity of 2,000 Nm³/h.
4. Construction of 2 methanol synthesis units with an annual capacity of 100,000 mt each.
5. Construction of other supporting auxiliary facilities.

IV. Production Scale

Annual Green Hydrogen Production: 23,300 mt
Annual Green Methanol Production: 175,000 mt (synthesis)

V. Construction Schedule and Plan

Project Phases: The project will be constructed in two phases. Phase I will include the construction of a 600,000 mt/year methanol production line, and Phase II will include the construction of a 400,000 mt/year methanol production line.
Planned Construction Period: Dec 2023-Nov 2025
