On February 20, the winning bid result for the Shangri-La City Public Building Rooftop Distributed PV Construction Project to select an investment and development entity was announced. The winning bidder is Yunnan Yundian Power Distribution and Sales Co., Ltd. After grid connection, the unit price for self-use electricity is 0.396 yuan/watt, and the unit price for public building rent is 5.05 yuan/m².
