An announcement submitted by Burley Minerals Limited to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on January 29, 2025, primarily introduced the latest exploration progress and results of its wholly-owned Cane Bore iron ore project. Burley, a mining exploration company listed on the ASX and headquartered in Perth, focuses on iron ore and lithium mine projects. In October 2024, Burley completed geological mapping and rock chip sampling for the Cane Bore project, with results indicating significant iron mineralization in the West Flank area, increasing the target area. This announcement disclosed detailed assay results from 45 samples collected from the West Flank area, with an average iron content of 46.8% (52.2% after calcination) and a maximum iron content of 56.2% (63.3% after calcination). The West Flank area has a strike length of 4 kilometers, adding over 200 hectares of potential iron mineralization area, providing more targets for future drilling work.
