Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On January 29, DEEPAL, a new energy vehicle brand under Changan Automobile, unveiled the interior details of its upcoming new large SUV, the DEEPAL S09. The vehicle is slated for market release in the first half of 2025, with an estimated price starting at 350,000 yuan.

The interior features a light color scheme, anchored by an integrated floating central touchscreen and a passenger-side display. The vehicle offers a movable central console featuring cup holders at both ends, along with a dual-function smart fridge for both hot and cold storage.

The exterior of the DEEPAL S09 follows the brand's "Symbiotic Aesthetics" design philosophy. The front end showcases a shark-nose design, giving the vehicle a dynamic forward-facing stance. The fog light area and lower grille are extensively blacked out, enhancing the vehicle's width. One of the most striking features is the LED light bar that stretches across the front, seamlessly blending into the vehicle's body.

The side profile sports hidden door handles and a floating roof design.

As for the size, the DEEPAL S09 measures 5,205mm in length, 1,996mm in width, and 1,800mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,105mm.

In terms of power performance, the DEEPAL S09 is equipped with the brand's Super Range Extension system, consisting of a 1.5T range extender and a high-performance electric motor. The model offers single- and dual-motor versions. The single electric motor produces a maximum power of 231 kW, while the dual-motor configuration delivers 131 kW for the front and 231 kW for the rear.
