According to "Tancheng Cloud Investment Promotion," on January 6, the signing ceremony for the 600,000 mt/year waste lead-acid battery and 50,000 mt/year NEV waste power battery comprehensive utilisation project was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. The People's Government of Tancheng County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, officially signed an agreement with Jiangsu Huanfu Energy Co., Ltd.

The report indicates that the project primarily involves the construction of comprehensive utilisation production lines for waste lead-acid batteries and lead-containing waste, dismantling and comprehensive utilisation production lines for NEV waste power batteries, and comprehensive utilisation production lines for retired lithium power battery materials.

According to its official website, Jiangsu Huanfu Energy Co., Ltd., established in 2022, is committed to the ecological chain of new energy lithium battery products. Its business covers core segments such as integrated distributed ESS, portable mobile power supplies, low-speed EV batteries, and the recycling and scientific utilisation of retired power batteries.
