[SMM HRC Daily Transactions] Futures Market Remains Weak, HRC Transactions Sluggish

[SMM HRC Daily Trading Volume] On January 7, the daily trading volume of HRC from sample enterprises in four cities (Shanghai, Lecong, Tianjin, Ningbo) surveyed by SMM totaled 11,080 mt, down 20 mt or 0.20% on a daily basis. The futures market remained weak, market trading sentiment continued to be sluggish, and end-user purchasing enthusiasm was low, resulting in a slight decrease in overall trading volume MoM.
