**CATI Starts Construction on the Fuding Times No. 5 Superfactory Project**

Recently, the construction of the Fuding Times No. 5 Superfactory project commenced. This project features four internationally leading new energy battery super-production lines and intelligent manufacturing equipment, with an expected commissioning date of June 2025. This is CATL's largest individual project globally to date, with a production value exceeding RMB 100 billion. Additionally, CATL has reached a deep cooperation agreement with Indonesia's IBC company, committing to invest USD 1.18 billion to build a battery cell factory locally. The factory is designed to have an annual production capacity of up to 15 GWh and is expected to officially commence commercial operations in 2027.
