Beijing (Gasgoo)- On October 17, the 2024 World Intelligent Connected Vehicles Conference (WICV) kicked off in Beijing. At the event, Huixi Technology launched its first high-performance intelligent driving chip, the Guangzhi R1.

Built on a 7nm automotive-grade manufacturing process, the Guangzhi R1 integrates up to 45 billion transistors and features an 8-core SIMT architecture. It offers over 500 TOPS of deep learning computing power and more than 420kDMIPS of CPU power, supported by 24 Arm Cortex-A78AE cores, making it one of the industry’s leading chips.

The Guangzhi R1, equipped with the company's self-developed Turing-complete instruction set, ensures broad applicability, addressing adaptation and upgrade challenges for automakers in intelligent driving development. Its highly efficient AI toolchain simplifies algorithm deployment and system integration, enabling customers to rapidly respond to market demands and accelerate technology iteration.

Designed for automotive applications, the Guangzhi R1 meets strict safety standards, including ASIL-D and EVITA Full, ensuring secure and reliable mass production. Huixi Technology also introduced the Risk Immune Framework (RIF), offering flexible, scalable safety management for system reliability.

Huixi’s plug-and-play RCM sub-card and RCCU core domain controller reference solutions streamline development and hardware integration, enhancing efficiency and project stability.

Additionally, at the event, Huixi launched the RINA (Rhino Intelligent Navigation Assistant) high-level urban autonomous driving solution, which operates without reliance on HD maps, reducing system costs by 40% and facilitating mass production within 12 months
