CBSA Finalizes Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Sunset Review on Chinese Aluminum Curtain Walls; CITT to Rule on Injury

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) recently issued an announcement, announcing the final ruling of the second anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review of aluminum unitized curtain walls from China. The ruling pointed out that if anti-dumping and countervailing measures against this product were lifted, dumping and subsidies might continue or reoccur in the future. Meanwhile, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) is expected to make a final ruling on the industrial injury caused by Chinese aluminum unitized curtain walls within the next few months.
