Linde Signs Deal with Huafeng Aluminium to Retrofit Aluminum Melting Furnaces with Pure Oxygen Technology

Recently, Linde, the world's leading industrial gases and engineering company, announced that it has signed a contract with Shanghai Huafeng Aluminium Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafeng Aluminium"), a subsidiary of Huafeng Group, for the retrofitting of its aluminum melting furnaces with pure oxygen and the supply of gases.

Under the terms of the contract, Linde will provide Huafeng Aluminium with high-quality gas products for its aluminum melting furnaces and apply its self-developed ALUMELT series of flameless pure oxygen combustion technology. This technology will significantly enhance melting efficiency during the casting process, reduce fuel consumption, and effectively lower emissions of nitrogen oxides and carbon dioxide. This marks another successful application of the ALUMELT pure oxygen combustion technology in China's aluminum industry.
