[SMM Hot News: Production Losses Widen, Steel Plant Overhauls Increase, Building Materials Production Cut by Over 2 Million Tons] Since late July, the price of rebar nationwide has fallen sharply, with Xinjiang and Nanchang falling below RMB 3,000 per ton. The national average price of rebar has continued to break new lows. As of July 29, the national average price of rebar was RMB 3,305 per ton.

[ Bharat Coking Coal Output Grows 2.8% in August ]

Despite a sharp 65.9% drop in non-coking coal output, the core metallurgical segment drove total raw coal production to 2.21 million tonnes for the month.
