On July 12, nickel ore inventory across the national ports in China increased slightly by 51,000 wmt WoW to 8.18 million wmt. The metal content was 64,240 mt. Last week, the heavy rainfall brought by the low pressure in the Philippines continued to delay the loading and shipment of local laterite nickel ore. Against this background, the increase in nickel ore arrivals at China's ports was limited, dragging down the growth rate of domestic nickel ore port inventory. This trend is expected to continue into this week.
