SMM believes that DMC prices will hold stable next week as DMC plants are unwilling to further lower prices and have low inventory

At the beginning of the week, online DMC prices of enterprises in Shandong were 13,500 yuan/mt, holding stable. The second bidding price within the week was 13,400 yuan/mt. Leading producers kept DMC quotations stable, with the current quotation at 13,900 yuan/mt. Other domestic producers also kept quotations stable, with the current mainstream transaction prices at 13,600 yuan/mt.

SMM believes that DMC prices will hold stable next week. This week, some domestic DMC plants slightly reduced prices by 100 yuan/mt to secure orders, resulting in good transactions and increased orders. Therefore, the willingness of DMC plants to further lower prices is not high. In addition, DMC plants currently have low levels of stocks. As a result, the prices are expected to hold stable at this stage.
