Last week (from June 22, 2024 to June 28, 2024), the total shipment volume of steel at the nationwide ports of SMM was 7,047,400 tons, a decrease of 13,600 tons or 0.2% from the previous week. Among them, the total shipment volume of the six major northern ports (Jingtang Port, Caofeidian Port, Bayuquan Port, Tianjin Xingang Port, Huanghua Port, and Jinzhou Port) was 2,362,100 tons, a decrease of 117,900 tons from the previous week, accounting for 34% of the total shipment volume. The three major ports in East China (Shanghai Port, Zhangjiagang Port, and Lanbei Port)...

[ Bharat Coking Coal Output Grows 2.8% in August ]

Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) announced that its coking coal production increased by 2.8% year-on-year to 2.18 million tonnes in August 2026. Despite a sharp 65.9% drop in non-coking coal output, the core metallurgical segment drove total raw coal production to 2.21 million tonnes for the month.
