【SMM Coal Coke Inventory: Coke Inventories of Coke Enterprises Fell Slightly, and Steel Mills' Coke Inventories Rose Slightly This Week】

This week, the coke inventory of coke enterprises was 205,000 tons, an increase of 2,000 tons or 0.99% compared with the previous week. The coke-making coal inventory of coke enterprises was 2.859 million tons, a decrease of 16,000 tons or 0.56% compared with the previous week. The coke inventory of steel mills was 2.599 million tons, a decrease of 2,000 tons or 0.08% compared with the previous week.

[ Bharat Coking Coal Output Grows 2.8% in August ]

Despite a sharp 65.9% drop in non-coking coal output, the core metallurgical segment drove total raw coal production to 2.21 million tonnes for the month. Opencast mining operations were the primary contributors to this volume, generating 2.19 million tonnes of the total yield.
