Recently, the General Office of Yinchuan Municipal People's Government issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing the "Measures for Accelerating the Promotion of New Industrialization in Yinchuan City". The notice pointed out that it is necessary to further promote the construction of industrial chains and find out the bottlenecks and weaknesses of the leading industries and key industrial chains, establish a list of weak links in key industrial chains, focus on complementing vertical industrial chains and supporting links such as integrated circuits and special equipment, computing facilities, support the research and development of high-efficiency solar cells such as thin-film solar cells and crystalline silicon perovskite tandem cells and related electronic special equipment, and promote the integration and upgrading of the energy electronics industry.
