[SMM Analysis: Improved demand for coking coal, low enthusiasm for resumption of coking enterprises?]

According to SMM research, the capacity utilization rate of coking ovens this week is 66.06%, up 1.1 percentage points week-on-week, with the capacity utilization rate of coking ovens in Shanxi province at 64.8%, up 1.3 percentage points week-on-week.

[ Bharat Coking Coal Output Grows 2.8% in August ]

Despite a sharp 65.9% drop in non-coking coal output, the core metallurgical segment drove total raw coal production to 2.21 million tonnes for the month.
