Producers are operating around their cost line. Cost side, MHP discount coefficient loosened, while refined nickel prices held firm. With limited production growth of hydrometallurgy projects in Indonesia, the downside room of MHP discount coefficient will be limited. Nickel price will offer solid cost support to nickel sulphate prices.
