Establish A Joint Venture Company! Miracle Automation Corporation "Joins Hands" with Chang'an to Carry out Lithium Battery Recycling Business!

Miracle Automation Corporation announced on the evening of April 17th that the company plans to jointly establish a joint venture company called Chengzhi Anqi Circular Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "JV company") with China Chang'an and Chang'an Automobile, and to cooperate with the JV company as the main body to carry out battery recycling, gradual utilization and recycling business, with the goal of creating a leading battery recycling benchmark enterprise in the southwestern region. Miracle Automation Corporation stated that this cooperation fully demonstrates the mutual empowerment and coordinated development of the company's intelligent equipment business and lithium battery recycling business. Based on the company's many years of deep cultivation in the intelligent equipment business and the accumulation of resources in the automotive industry, jointly building lithium battery recycling projects with vehicle manufacturers, establishing a comprehensive and closer cooperation relationship, creating a more market-competitive green supply chain, and enhancing the company's differentiation competitive advantage.
