JFMC has obtained the invention of "internal support clamping fixture" with the patent number CN110549145B, filed on September 19, 2019. A new internal support clamping fixture for clamping and positioning annular workpieces on machine tools has been proposed. With the drive of the machine tool, the outer arc surface of the internal support disc abuts against the inner circular surface of the annular workpiece, effectively avoiding the problem of rim clamping damage and resolving issues of excessive dynamic balance and runout. As of the end of June 2023, JFMC has a total of 305 patents, including 28 inventions, 146 utility models, and 131 appearance designs, with several more applications in progress. The company is actively promoting the development of integrated die-casting technology and obtained related authorization in March 2023. The focus is on developing low-carbon, high-strength, tough non-heat-treated integrated die-cast aluminum alloys as new materials, which have already achieved significant progress. The non-heat-treated die-cast aluminum alloy new materials developed by the company exhibit high strength and toughness.
