The signing of this agreement marks the establishment of Huayou Recycling's first overseas joint venture for pre-processing. The company will be responsible for collecting retired power batteries and factory waste, producing black powder, entering Huayou Recycling's recycling system to extract lithium, cobalt, nickel, and other battery materials, effectively guaranteeing the overseas waste and renewable resources of Huayou Recycling. The two parties will work together to build a sustainable development ecosystem for resource recycling and circular utilization, jointly creating the overseas circular market.
