For the first quarter of this year, ZEEKR's total deliveries stood at 33,059 units, zooming up 117% from a year earlier.

As of the end of March 2024, ZEEKR had delivered a total of 229,692 vehicles.

Last month, ZEEKR announced that its fifth production model has been named ZEEKR MIX. The ZEEKR MIX is set to feature the brand's latest design language and incorporates the STARGATE integrated smart light screen, alongside a novel approach to its door opening mechanism, signaling a fresh direction in vehicle functionality. The vehicle boasts an MPV-like body shape, with dimensions of 4,688mm in length, 1,995mm in width, and 1,755mm in height, and a wheelbase of 3,008mm, promising a spacious interior.

Regarding global business expansion, ZEEKR stated on March 14 an ambitious step into the Middle East market with the sales of its ZEEKR 001 and ZEEKR X models beginning in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia.

On March 25, 2024, the Bangkok International Motor Show raised its curtains, marking a significant presence for ZEEKR Intelligent Technology. The electric vehicle maker made a splash with the debut of its ZEEKR X, ZEEKR 009, and ZEEKR 007 models, introducing the right-hand drive version of the ZEEKR X to the global stage for the first time.

At the event, ZEEKR announced the commencement of pre-sales for the right-hand drive versions of the ZEEKR X and ZEEKR 009 in Thailand, with deliveries set to begin in the third quarter of this year.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
