HeYuan Gas: It takes about 0.7 tons of electronic grade silane gas to produce one ton of silicon carbon anode by CVD method. Recently, an investor asked HeYuan Gas on the interactive platform: Dear secretary, how much electronic grade silane gas is needed to produce one ton of silicon carbon anode by CVD method? The company replied: According to my understanding, to produce one ton of silicon carbon anode by CVD method, about 0.7 tons of electronic grade silane gas is needed, with variations depending on different processes.
