Shanghai-London aluminum inventories diverge, Shanghai aluminum inventories hit ten-month high

LME data shows that on February 28, inventories reached a new high of 591,675 tons in a year, but then fell slightly. Last week, inventories continued to decline, with the latest inventory level at 571,775 tons. Data released by the Shanghai Futures Exchange shows that in the week of March 15, Shanghai aluminum inventories rebounded, with weekly inventories increasing by 12.02% to 206,417 tons, reaching a ten-month high.
