SMM is thrilled to announce the launch of new US photovoltaic module prices. In order to facilitate the upstream and downstream enterprises in the photovoltaic industry chain to gain a better understanding of the changes in the photovoltaic market and timely reflect the market spot prices, as well as to reduce the photovoltaic market transaction risks and transaction costs, and continuously improve and deepen the research on the photovoltaic industry chain, SMM has conducted in-depth market research and decided to release the prices of 182mm bifacial monocrystalline PERC modules and 182mm Topcon modules in the US market from March 1 for market reference.

[SMM PV News] US Small-Scale Solar Hits Record 1.9 GW in Q4 2025

The US solar market reached a new milestone in the final quarter of 2025, with distributed capacity surging to a record 1.9 GW. According to the Institute for Local Self-Reliance (ILSR), solar accounted for 78% of the 46 GW of new national power capacity added last year. While utility-scale projects dominated at 63%, the 15% from residential and community solar highlights strong distributed growth.
