MetalX LLC, headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, has selected a 190-acre site in Defiance, Ohio for its previously announced aluminum recycling campus. The plans include an aluminum ingot manufacturing plant, aluminum scrap processing and advanced sorting facilities, as well as a dedicated logistics center. In April of last year, the company announced plans to partner with Manna Capital Partners, based in Louisville, Kentucky, to build a recycled aluminum rolling mill facility. They will invest over $200 million in the new aluminum rolling mill facility, which will be located in the northeast of Indiana, northwest of Ohio, or southern Michigan.
