With the release of winter storage policies by 4 steel mills including Zhongtian, Binxin, Jinshenglan, and Jingye, as of January 19th, 22 steel mills have released winter storage policies, including 9 in North China, 5 in Northeast China, 3 in Northwest China, 4 in East China, and 1 in Central China. [ Bharat Coking Coal Output Grows 2.8% in August ]

Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) announced that its coking coal production increased by 2.8% year-on-year to 2.18 million tonnes in August 2026. Despite a sharp 65.9% drop in non-coking coal output, the core metallurgical segment drove total raw coal production to 2.21 million tonnes for the month.
