SMM Hot Rolled Coil Inventory Review: Terminal Purchases Remained Stable, Slight Reduction in Inventory Levels

SMM's statistics show that the national inventory of hot rolled coils in 69 warehouses (large sample) was 3.26 million tons this week, a decrease of 0.44 million tons from last week, a decrease of 0.14%, with a slight reduction in inventory levels.

This week, influenced by the recent low-price fluctuations, terminal pre-holiday stockpiling and spot market demand both increased. As a result, inventory levels showed a slight reduction.
