On November 28, CIMC Enric announced the establishment of a joint venture company with Shougang Group's subsidiary Shougang Shuicheng Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. to jointly build the CIMC Shuigang Coke Oven Gas Hydrogen Co-production LNG Project in Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province. This marks another breakthrough in the upstream clean energy industry chain for CIMC Enric, following its joint coke oven gas hydrogen co-production LNG project with Angang Group in 2021. The project is designed to produce approximately 160,000 tons of LNG and approximately 24 million Nm³ of hydrogen per year, with construction expected to be completed and put into operation by 2025.

[ Bharat Coking Coal Output Grows 2.8% in August ]

Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) announced that its coking coal production increased by 2.8% year-on-year to 2.18 million tonnes in August 2026. Despite a sharp 65.9% drop in non-coking coal output, the core metallurgical segment drove total raw coal production to 2.21 million tonnes for the month. Opencast mining operations were the primary contributors to this volume, generating 2.19 million tonnes of the total yield.
