Furthermore, a coal mine accident has driven up the price of coking coal, exacerbating losses for coking enterprises. As a result, most coking enterprises have initiated a second round of price increases, and the short-term coking coal market may continue to operate on the strong side."

[ Bharat Coking Coal Output Grows 2.8% in August ]

Despite a sharp 65.9% drop in non-coking coal output, the core metallurgical segment drove total raw coal production to 2.21 million tonnes for the month.
